First Detention of the new term

First day back today and i could tell that the Headmistress was not in a very good mood at all.She checked over my homework and lines set on the last day of the old term and quickly set about ripping my work apart,my essay she gave me a c+, not too bad but she hated my lines giving me a d- which of course means punishment, so with that and failing inspection too[dirty finger nails and shoes] i sit here rather gingerly after a good thrashing with her new canes.My next detention has now been brought forward due to my failure to complete my work too her satisfaction which means i have only a week or so to complete my homework,english and maths around three hours on each subject.
Of course she has given me 1000 lines which are as follows
100 x I must remind Head mistress about uniform.
500 x I must always polish my shoes for school
400 x I must clean my nails properly before school.
I had thought she may have set double has my last ones were so poor so i can consider myself lucky i guess.
I bet she will set a few Internet punishments so i had better keep checking my e-mails!but with the amount of homework and lines already set i alreay have around 14 hours worth of stuff to be getting on with .Oh i almost forgot she also fined me £25 for not polishing my shoes, fine to be paid by tomorrow or her very high interest rates will cut in with other sanctions,i can tell by the way she was today that she has already set the benchmark for this term !!

Just Had this terms new rules through with the list of punishments for each offence.The headmistress is really getting tough.Please have a look through and let me know what you think....is she being hard??

SCHOOL RULES FOR 2008/2009

Crimes and Punishments.

The rules underlined are to be followed and fully obeyed by the pupil at all times without fail. Rules and punishments once set down are non negotiable .All offences will result in the following punishments for each offence without exception. The headmistress can add to these rules at any times with the punishments listed being the minimum she will set. The headmistress demands and expects the pupils full respect with all rules to be followed without hesitation at all times.
The pupil will be called for regular detention sessions. The Headmistress will decide on the frequency and length of each visit the following rules relate to these visits.
1 The headmistress will summon the pupil for detention at anytime. This time and date will not be negotioable, failure to be able to attend the pupil will be fined £25 and given 25 strokes of the cane and a new time and date will be immediately set. Same rules will apply to this date also. If the second date is also refused the 50 strokes of the cane will apply and the fine will be set at £50 .A third date refused 75 strokes of the cane and £100 fine and full face photo in the HALL OF SHAME in FULL UNIFORM for the length of time it takes to finally attend detention
2 For not confirming attendance by 10.30am on the day of detention £ 25 fine and 12 strokes of the tawse
3 Being late for detention £1.00 for every minute up to 20 minutes After 20 minutes the pupil will be fined £100 .

The Head Mistress demands that the pupil be correctly and smartly attired in the correct school uniform at all times during a detention. Also the pupil will be clean and tidy; Failure to do so will result in the punishments laid down below.

4 For not being changed into uniform within 5 minutes of the headmistresses instruction to do so, 25 strokes of the cane plus £10 fine for each item of uniform not changed into .Pupil will be changed ready for inspection before tea
3 School uniform is as follows, failure to be pass uniform inspection will result in the following penalties

(a) White Trutex shirt if not correctly worn, shirt tucked into shorts top button done up and sleeves down cuffs buttoned up. Only Trutex shirts are acceptable as uniform shirts 50 strokes of the cane and a £25 fine
(b) Blue Striped tie if not correctly worn, tie must be neatly knotted and fully tightened up, 30 strokes of the cane and a £25 fine
(c) Grey Knee socks if not correctly worn, socks pulled up to the knees and rolled over at top, coloured bands fully on show, 30 strokes of the cane and a £25 fine
(d) Grey school shorts if not correctly worn 30 strokes of the cane and a £25 fine
(e) Black polished shoes if not correctly worn, shoes must be polished and laces done up, 30 strokes of the cane and a £25 fine
{f} Black Blazer
For each missing item of uniform 50 stokes of the cane,25 strokes of the tawse on each hand and £100 fine the headmistress can add to the uniform specification whenever she wishes and new items must be worn on next detention
5 Dirty hands/finger nails 6 hard strokes on each hand of the tawse
6 Uniform will be worn at all time whilst in control of the headmistress in or out of school
7 During a detention other pupils or teachers may be present
8 Headmistress may require the pupil to attend a dent ion with or without her being present
The pupil will bring all necessary school equipment to detention. Failure to do so will result in 30 strokes of the cane.

The Headmistress will also issue homework and punishment lines after each and every detention this is a very important part of the discipline regime lines and homework are designed to be very long and boring, failure to complete all set work will result in the following.

9 Not completing compulsory lines and for not numbering them correctly Headmistress will select any picture taken during a session and leave it on display on her web site the number of days will be the same as the number of lines missing or incorrectly numbered. Also a £10 fine for every 50 lines missing or not numbered correctly. Lines will be issued at the end of each detention with 1000 being the minimum issued on each detention. The Headmistress will set numbers of lines to reflect the behaviour of the pupil and again there will be no discussion entered into by her when handing out punishment lines. Should the Headmistress detect any hint of hesitation in fully excepting of the amount she will automatically add another 500 lines to the total and a £50 fine will be payable.
10 Failure to hand in or complete homework Headmistress will beat the pupil and apply a fine of £25-£150 this amount will be set to how the headmistress feels the seriousness demands i.e. no homework the maximum fine will be levied. Quality of homework will be assessed by the headmistress and punishment will be awarded based on her assessment. Homework will be given out at the end of each session. The pupil will not question the homework handed out other than any technical questions
11 Uncompleted task 30 strokes of the cane and £5.00 Tasks will be e-mailed to the pupil prior to a detention

Also the Headmistress will e-mail a computer based detention she will specify what has to done, when it has to be done and the duration of the punishment will be no shorter than 30 minutes. Failure to do the punishment on the exact day allocated by the Headmistress result in 3 strokes of the strap on each hand of each day the punishment has not be done with a £10 fine for each day with 15 minutes added to the detention time for each day out. Failing to send the verification report immediately after a detention session as been completed will result in 25 strokes of the cane £25 fine and the detention will be repeated with an addition 60 minutes added. A report containing any errors will be punishable by one stroke of the cane for each error If the Headmistress believes there is a lack of effort in the work she will impose a fine of £30 plus a caning, number of strokes depending on the total number of errors If an e-mailed report has been tampered with the pupil will be fined £150 and the detention will be set again only this time doubled. The headmistress can set any amount of these detentions she feels fit she will send instructions on e-mail and the pupil will be expected to follow them through There will no excuses for not completing these sessions it will be up to the pupil to check his e-mail daily and to complete There will be no negation with regards to date to be done and duration, failure to pick up his e-mail instructions for any reason will be no excuse and full punishment will always apply.
Hall of Shame. The headmistress will use this feature on her web site as a punishment tool. At the beginning of term the pupil will sign a model release form to allow the headmistress to publish any pictures or video she feels fits do to so when rules are broken. The Headmistress will show any picture/film chosen at time of detention and will give the pupil the opportunity to buy any such picture or film for £500
FINE’S
Fines will be used extensively and will be collected by the Headmistress. Once the pupil as been fined there will be negotiation over the amount or payment terms as they are set down in this document The pupil must pay all fine’s as set out below of face the sanctions below. Headmistress will not alter these with out prior notice and may allow the pupil input into the level of any fine but she will make the final descion with regards to the imposition and amount of all fines.

All fine’s levied will be paid by the pupil in full into the headmistress’s paypal account within 24hours after the fine as been given. If in one detention a number of fines have been handed out all must be still settled within this period. Failure to do this will result in compound interest of 20% being applied daily to the total amount from the first day until settled. All paypal service charges will be paid by the pupil this will ensure that fines given are collected in full by the Headmistress these charges are approximately set at 5% of the value of each transaction. So a fine of £100 would be settled by a payment of £105 the £5.00 being the service charge. All fines must be settled within the 3 day period, failure to pay with this period the headmistress will post a picture selected by a game of chance in her hall of shame the days being equal to the time it takes to settle the fine and interest payments in full the pictures played with will be selected by the Headmistress only Also the pupil will be immediately summoned for detention to explain his tardiness, this date will be totally non-negotiable and the pupil will be dealt with very severely also he will be fined £250
To ensure full compliance with all of the above the headmistress will take pictures and video these will be used on her web site to expose the pupil. Also the pupil will supply any information to the headmistress she may then will e-mail the pupils contacts all relevant information she feels fit
With the above rules now agreed upon they will be strictly followed and applied to the pupil. Headmistress will fully enforce all the above without hesitation The Headmistress will not at anytime be expected or show any leniency in dealing with her Naughty pupil

Uniform

well the new term is upon me and the Headmistress as reminded me to ensure that my uniform is complete and correct and she has kindly e-mailed me the list of clothing required for this term,thankfully she has not added to it from last term so this term uniform is as listed

White long sleeve shirt { Trutex of course }

Blue/silver striped tie

Grey Short trousers

Grey knee socks

Black polished shoes

White underwear

Black blazer.

Thankfully i have everything ready,which is good as the Headmistress is a stickler for uniform with fines and of course C.P. for any deviation at all from the prescribed list of clothing

So i am already to go just need to complete my homework and of course i have 200 lines to finish off

New Term begins

Well summer hols. have slipped past and school life begins again.Headmistress as been in touch to set a little homework, 500 word essay tiled What i did on my Holiday's plus a task to find some spanking playing cards and a set of dice which might sound simple enough but i can assure you its not .Also i am in trouble from last term as the Headmistress suspects i have been cheating when writing lines which of course i have as its hard work writing out 1000 lines at a time This term she will want me to write them out with different colour pens so one line can be done in one colour and so on, this will stop writing down the paper one word at a time and hence complete sooner.Oh well you can't blame a boy for trying hope her caning arm is a little weaker over the hols due to lack of practice!!

Naughty Pupil

Hello this is the the new blog for Naughty Pupil who if you have not guessed is into receiving strict and harsh punishments in a old traditional environment school I hope over the next few months to grow and develop this blog and hope to drum up some interest.Can i just add this is between consenting adults who are strictly over 21.
I am currently a pupil with a Headmistress who resides in the west Midlands and have been a pupil at her school for a number of terms. Her school is very professional and authentic with the normal desks and blackboard. I attend lessons when instructed to do so which is normally twice a month.When attending school i am expected to bring all homework and any punishment lines with me and i must change into uniform before lessons begin. My school uniform is again very authentic and must be worn in full at all time.This is just an introduction to my life back at the Headmistress's school and i will from time to time add more
